Of oval disc design, this pendant is pavé-set throughout with round brilliant-cut diamonds and blue sapphires, with a blackened gold finish. The pendant gallery and base features decorative filigree openwork.  With a hidden bail, the pendant suspends from a fine trace chain with lobster-claw clasp, with miniature ruby-set charm to clasp, mounted in 18 carat rose gold. Not signed, but recognisably from the jewellery designer ‘Selim Mouzannar’.
